I feel like I spent the day on my knees--cleaning up spots, wiping dirty bum/legs, and cleaning wet legs adn feet. This is not a picture to show how good of a helper Grayson is when it comes to laundry day. Rather this is a picture of all the dirty underwear we went through today. Three filled with pee, which translates to 3 spots on the floor still drying out. And as always 2 dirty ones. After the 3rd pair I had quite had enough and made him stay in the soiled pair for a while, but that did not deter the next 2. Without a nap today and Trevor still not home at 7:30, I am exhausted. Grayson is in bed and I'm off for a bubble bath. The dishes and laundry will wait for tomorrow!!

Ohhhhh, hang in there Jayne!!! I know that frustration. We finally made it through with Jacob about a month ago (although he had an accident today at the Y), and it wore me out!!! Although he was ready to start potty training about 6 months earlier than Josiah was, it took him about 3 months longer!!! Oh well -as my mom always said, every one gets potty trained eventually!!! And then one day, we'll be old and be back in diapers!!!
Oh Jayne! I feel your pain...and it doesn't make it any better when daddy is not there to help. I know you will make it through...at least you got to take a bubble bath. Funny, that always works for me. I like to say that is my time:) Hope tomorrow (or today!) is better.
Jayne!! I laughed at this picture--this is a classic blog!! That little man is keeping you busy isn't he!? :) Oh how we love our little men and the way they make us LOVE and appreciate our bath time like we never did before we had children, don't they!! :) Big kisses from Ms. Sue to that sweet boy!
A part of me is laughing and the other part is feeling your pain. Laughing because of the picture of all the underwear. The pain because I've been there...not so much of it coming out but because of it staying in, because of him holding it. That was just as frustrating. You too will get thru it. Sometimes it's just a timing thing and sometimes it's using the right psycology and sometimes a little bit of both. We've all been there to some degree. So we are all there for you with some bit of advice if you need it and we'll all be there cheering once you are thru it. Go Grayson, you can do it!!!
