After being gone to work in Lynchburg for a couple of days, my men got home safe late Tuesday night. It was great to have them back!! We have had a great time catching up and playing with all of the new Christmas stuff, and slowly getting back into a routine. Today was our day to get out and get some exercise in. Grayson is loving going to a "park" these days. We're not sure where it came from, but every day for months, he says he has a secret. When asked what it is, he whispers in our ears "I wish we could go to the park?!"
Today was not a perfect park day as it was rainy and wet although the weather was very mild. So we packed up in the car and went to one of our favorite indoor playgrounds. At one of the malls in our area, there is a huge indoor puffy playplace. When we first started taking Grayson there years ago, he could do nothing but toddle around all of the play pieces. He couldn't even climb over the lip of the huge plate or climb onto the watermelon slice or the cookie! He accomplished one of his last 2 big feats today. The hot dog awaited him. The cupcake is next to be mastered.
We had a great time playing at the "park"and came home refreshed!
We always finish our visit to play by riding on one of the vehicles!
